The WRLDCTY & THE BAY AWARDS Summit, organized by Bilbao Metropoli 30 in partnership with Resonance, had the common goal of building a community, a space where boundaries fade away, and creativity and cooperation flourish, and collectively empower places to realize their full potential.
It gathered a community of more than 6,000 passionate professionals in fields ranging from architecture and design to sustainability to destination marketing and economic development.
Additionally, the agenda included keynote speeches from international speakers such as Charles Landry, an expert in the application of creativity to urban innovation, and Maria Vassilakou, former Deputy Mayor of Vienna, and a discussion session for the strategic think tanks of the cities that have won the Lee Kuan Yew Singapore Awards.
