This year, the WRLDCTY global forum takes place in Bilbao, a city renowned worldwide for its capacity to reinvent itself, inspire and connect leading urban innovators with a global virtual community.

The WRLDCTY & The Bay Awards is for those looking for inspiration to transform cities for their future and we offer a meeting place to formulate bold answers to burning questions, find impactful solutions, learn from each other, and share knowledge on how to convince others, change structures and behaviors and focus on the right issues.

  • WRLDCTY & The Bay Awards Summit (9-10 October from 9 am to 4:30 pm in Euskalduna Bilbao, including coffee-breaks and Networking lunches of both days).
  • The Bay Awards Gala ceremony (9 October at 7:30 pm in Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, 1-hour event + cocktail reception).
